Stump Injection

Stump Injection, also known as neuroma injection, is a medical procedure performed to alleviate pain and discomfort in a residual limb (stump) following amputation. During a stump injection, a local anesthetic, such as lidocaine, or a combination of anesthetics and anti-inflammatory medications, is injected near the affected nerves or neuromas.
